  Yall need to go to Jack's. Its new here in Quincy on Jefferson St. Every time I go folks greet you when you come in, they are attentive to you as a customer. When it gets busy they also know how to keep it moving! I have not had any problems with any order, and I order online and pick up most of the time. Its a nice addition to Quincy, stop by and give em a try. They also have a rewards program, join that. ❤️

  I want to take a moment to give a BIG shout-out to Leroy at Jack’s Restaurant! From the moment I interacted with him, he was extremely pleasant, honest, professional, and informative. Leroy took the time to make sure I understood everything about the store and was more than willing to answer my questions. You don’t always come across someone who genuinely takes pride in helping customers, but Leroy definitely made that impression on me. Great customer service makes a difference, and Leroy is a perfect example of how treating people with respect, honesty, and kindness can make someone’s experience so much better.   SERVICE first: Jack's in Quincy has the best atmosphere behind the counter I've ever seen in fast food and I've turned 29 again a bunch of times 😂. For fast food, this was an incredible experience. It was after 8, so I didn't expect much from our takeout orders. Instead, we were greeted immediately and it was clean. The women working were funny and joyful, which is rare given how hard they were working. The staff was helpful and friendly and had great service. FOOD 2nd because, you know, fast food lol. We both ordered the 12 wings and fries deal. I also ordered a smokey mountain fudge shake, slaw and a biscuit. The fries were fresh, hot and tasted great. The biscuit and shake were also very good. Then, the wings: I ordered them plain with sauce on the side so they wouldn't be soggy. They were really good, on the smaller side, but perfectly sized given the price! They were cooked well and didn't have all that breading. I tossed them in sauce and stuffed my face. It was very good, better than most of the wings I've had in restaurants. I will definitely come here any time I'm craving wings.
