  You can't go wrong with Panera for a regular place to go. The food, service, cleanliness, staff, and rewards make this an easy choice when you want something delicious without breaking the bank. Any time of day, you are always going to get delicious foods and coffees.

  No workers were visible for 10 minutes. We had to call to the back to get someone’s help.

  Food was ok, service was pretty terrible though. They were nice, but my friend's order was just forgotten about and he had to go find out about it and it was less than hot and fresh at that point. They have kiosks set up for ordering, which is a good thing because the employees were mostly nowhere to be seen.

  Since there was no line at the register we thought we could place our order with the person behind the counter but we did not even receive acknowledgement. So we proceeded to place our order on the iPad. When we went to set at a table they were dirty. Being in a small community this Panera needs better management and service! Disappointing.

  This has just been one bad experience after another here. The new frozen coffee, they are advertising. I hear it being blended…. 5 minutes elapses. “Order ready” they hand me a mostly melted cold liquid coffee. That was suppose to have caramel. No Carmel that I can taste. I paid for caramel. Then the chick says “have a nice day” as I’m waiting for food still. “Order completed” still on the screen. Finally after the guy who ordered after me gets his drinks they walk the bag with food up. This is how they have done things multiple times here. The “order completed at counter” Implies the full order is ready to grab. Not stager out times for each item. I honestly love Panera but not this location. Poor over all customer service and during very slow periods. There is 0 customer engagement. It’s a depressing Panera. I’ll now go see what my food looks like and may even update after that. Yep, back to talk about the food. Broccoli soup was broken. (If you don’t know what that means, I’m sorry for you.) The baguette which usually has a nice chunk of soft center. Was void of such center. Nearly rock hard. My gum has a cut from the bread crust jamming down while I was attempting to chew. Over all disappointed. Thanks for my frothy frozen drink that is mostly cream at this point and had not even resembled a frozen drink. Cold foam, is more the description they should give.
