  Placed a mobile order just for them not to see it and tell me to go to the third window. Sit here for 20 minutes until somebody finally comes and tells me they dont see my order but she'll grab it. She leaves so i sit for another 30 minutes. Finally I get my food after sitting here for an hour.

  Ordered breakfast this morning and this is what I got a black sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin.. Goto the next exit dont waste your time.

  Beware, beware, beware! My heart aches as I share this terrible experience. My family was unjustly accused of loitering simply because we stayed a lot longer than 30 minutes! On August 3rd, around 9 pm, we moved tables to make use of the charging outlets, just trying to keep our devices alive. I approached what I believe was the manager, though she never introduced herself, to ask about their drink refill policy. She nonchalantly confirmed they do refills, but then harshly told me I only had 20 minutes to finish my drink because we’d been “loitering too long.” I felt a sting of shame and frustration — I asked if she had a problem with us staying, and she coldly replied yes, because we were “taking up too many tables,” preventing other families from sitting. I explained we were just moving tables to be near the outlets — my son’s table was by the door, mine by the booth. This McDonald’s is across the street from a truck stop, a place bustling with travelers, yet this cruel treatment of a family like ours is unacceptable. No other families were present, yet this unnecessary confrontation was forced upon us. I’ve enjoyed McDonald’s since I was a child — I’ve never been treated with such dismissiveness and hostility. Shame on you, management! Remove that 30-minute “loitering” sign — really? Loitering? That’s the message you want to send? My family deserved kindness, not this harsh judgment. Corporate please address this issue, it’s discriminatory…..

  No human available inside the restaurant to help with crowded chaos. Must order from kiosk (no human). Very backed-up at drive-thru and inside due to lack of hired help. Order was wrong - received incorrect soda because you cannot get your own.......since there are no human employees out front, I guess no free refills on soda. I will NOT revisit this location!

  Went thru drive thru with a pre placed mobile order. Pulled up to speaker , no other customers at speaker and waited 30-60 seconds and had no one address me. Watched as two other customers pulled in after me , get their orders taken and pull thru !! Then they finally take my order after I was skipped twice. The person at the speaker gave me an attitude after I brought this to their attention!! Then once I was finally able to pull up both management and staffed seemed very confused on whose order was whose. Freaking pathetic that something so simple was too complicated for this location. I’ll never spend a dime here again.
