  This is the worst McDonald's I've been to since living in Florida. The store is full of chaos and it takes forever just to get a water, let alone the food. Just a terrible overall experience. Not recommended.

  How can I give a restaurant one-star that got my order correct and the food was actually fresh? It’s because this is as drab of a McDonald’s as I have ever seen. The photo is of the entire restaurant. It appears to be new in the past couple of months. That said, it’s hideous. There may be room for 30 people to “dine-in” at most. It has triple the kiosks vs. registers and it looks and feels of corporate slop. The personality of McDonald’s doesn’t exist here. What kid would want a happy meal to celebrate their birthday here? It’s like that young kid (McDonalds) grew up and became a cynical curmudgeon, dare I say Mr. Krabs of Spongebob fame? Wait, that’s an insult to the Krusty Krab. At least kids wanted to be there.

  I went to McDonald’s early this morning just to wait for 10 to 15 minutes and then to get home to have hard muffins like rocks worst McDonald’s I have been to yet please get your stuff in order because this is terrible service

  So tonight September 12 at 9 or 10 I went to the drive-through to order some food. I have ordered chicken nuggets and they still charged me for my sauce even though that comes with your meal, not only that I found a dead lizard in my sandwich and I was driving on the highway when I have found the dead lizard in my sandwich and I was throwing up. I had to pull over to calm down. I called the store to let them know what I have found in my sandwich. I went back to the store to bring them my sandwich. I was very calmed. speaking to the manager The manager was very rude. Very rude. They didn’t wanna give me back my money didn’t wanna to help me took it as a joke not only that there was a teenager that was taking pictures and laughing. as I am explaining to the manager that I found a dead lizard in my sandwich, I gave her my sandwich with the dead lizard I could’ve had caused a car accident. I could’ve crashed with me and my two daughters. I have a four year-old and a five year-old I was throwing up and they were throwing up in the back. I did not like the way I was treated. I didn’t like the way they handled things. I am very upset either. They’re going to solve this problem or I’m taking it to court.
