  I hate leaving bad reviews, but if I owned a restaurant, I would want feedback like this. I’ve been here a few times the food is OK but today my experience was a little disappointing. I wanted takeout so I called. I got put on hold and they never picked the phone back up so I tried calling a few times no answer so I went in no big deal. It took 30 minutes which to me is kind of a long time for a takeout order. They were not that busy ….$50 for two orders of tacos to me is absolute robbery. I don’t mind paying if the service and the food is nothing short of excellence, but that was definitely not the case. My boyfriend‘s taco was completely covered in onions while mine had zero onions And the refried beans tasted like plastic they took a lot of the good things off the menu as well I don’t know. I was really disappointed. I work in this plaza and love Mexican food, but I don’t think I will be returning after this.

  DISAPPOINTED! My husband, daughter and myself go to MXuma 4-6 times a month because we absolutely love the food and staff but tonight was different. We were presented a whole new menu and don’t get me wrong we are open to change but sadly disappointed in the food. First off the chips and salsa were different; the homemade chips were fantastic and the chunky salsa had great texture and taste but were given spicier watered down salsa with bland chips. The Mexican street corn is our favorite appetizer now removed from the menu. The fajitas is a frequent order for us and they were completely different. The beans had no spice or taste, rice was blah and corn added and the steak had no flavor. Got a side of the queso since we were told it was changed and it doesn’t even compare from the white queso they had before. We ALWAYS recommended this restaurant because everything we use to get was so amazing. Why change something that isn’t broken. BRING BACK THE OLD MENU AND FOOD!!!!

  Mi esposo y yo somos fan #1 de este restaurante venimos mínimo 2 veces por semana , mi esposo por la sopa de pollo y yo por mi guacamole con chicharrón como buenos colombianos ! Pero hoy tuve la sorpresa de que cambiaron la presentación 😩 ……. Me gustaba más la de antes pero ….. igual el sabor de ustedes es el mejor ! 💕

  Mxuma ‘ Mexican grill ‘ Ha seriously? You guys don’t even play Mexican music let alone serve actual authentic Mexican food. I don’t know it just feels disrespectful calling yourself that. At least call it American Mexican. And waiting for that long for just two people?! I saw other two people let alone four get their orders before us and we were there earlier .

  The food was authentic as needs to be in Mexican food restaurants. We really enjoyed that it is Mexican cooked and served. that is cooking it and it turns out perfectly. I had rice, refried beans and El Pastor tacos. They were awesome. The price was appropriate for the venue. It is Banbcock Ranch. Its a step above. The cook came out to make sure everything was good. The drinks person came over to make sure we had everything that we needed. The service could not have been better. I was there with my three friends. We had a great time. We were well pleased. The thing that I would like to mention is that we could actually hear ourselves talk to each other. Yes, there was Mexican music and patron laughter and voices. But we can hear our self talk there. It's a family atmosphere. The decorations are indicative of Montezuma the Aztec Mexican chief. It was not too much. I think it was just right. There was plenty of parking and there was plenty of handicap parking. The bathrooms were accessible about middle ways of the restaurant. A really neat thing is that there was a good amount of seats and tables outside that went along with all the appropriate Montezuma decorations. The large canopy umbrellas was large enough in case a big rain came. The name itself is a shortened Montezuma title. I would recommend this restaurant to a family wanting to go out, to 4-6 people wanting to do a business lunch meeting or someone who is on their lunch break. The dress is casual and business casual. The owner of the restaurant came by to say hello. That was the bomb for me. I felt special and it was my birthday.
