I let them know when I got up there I was sorry and the manager literally told me that she was on a timer and couldn’t take window orders and that I’d need to go back through the line. The timer that’s meant to increase customer satisfaction…. I wanted a coffee. So much for customer satisfaction. Just go somewhere else if you’re not a timer, because this is what this location cares about. Not you, the customer.

- PHPratna HudsonJun 20, 20261.0I never leave a negative review but this was unacceptable. We ordered a small Daydream refresher but they gave us and charged us medium instead. We were like ok no big deal. But when we tasted it, it tasted absolutely disgusting. Like cough syrup with a theraflu back taste. We decided not to finish the drink and let it sit in the cup holder. 5 mins later the drink separated like curdled milk!!! i didn’t know oat milk can curdle like this. And the foam became weirdly frothy. We are actually scared about getting food poisoning from the drink. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have attached pictures of the drink with the order as well as our receipt. This needs to be investigated.
