  Went here last night with my daughter got two bowls and a lot of of the ingredients were missing, but they had most of what I wanted except for guacamole and onions. I asked her if there was any guacamole left, and she just looked at me. As we are eating, multiple people came in after us and as we were leaving, I noticed people having the guacamole and onions in their bowl. She didn’t want to refill it for me, but had no problem doing it for them lol restaurant was kind of dirty.

  Just stopped at this Chipotle on Jones Loop Road. Never got any food. All the workers were sitting in the lobby chatting instead of waiting on customers. The only one we could see working was the cook who asked a plump young male worker to help at the counter. This worker refused, continued to sit and talk to a young woman and then left the building with her. We left without ordering after waiting at least 10 minutes.

  This brand new restaurant hasn't been cleaned once from the looks of it. Even though only 2 customers were inside and about 5 staff members, every table was dirty. The amount of food on the floor by the drink fountain was disgusting, the entire area where you select your food had crusty spill overs and splashes on the glass, the counter where you pay was covered in dust and crumbs. However, looking behind the counter was worse. 3 inch pile of black burnt grill shavings just stacked on the floor by the grill, trash overflowing, spills everywhere. We just ended up leaving.

  I live very close to this location, I’ve gone here a number of times and every single time there always have at least 3-5 employees and they only EVER have one person making the food even if the line is 10 people long. DO NOT COME HERE unless you want to wait 20 minutes for mediocre food. 😁

  Glad I didnt get sick. More power to the girl behind the counter, but she said that 2 people called out. As a business owner you think you would do more in these situations. All the employees have no idea what's happening....there was zero meat with a line of people waiting and then some guy comes from the back with a metal meat glove already on...clean???? Dirty??? Not sure. Used the same dirty cutting board and went full send after some other girl stepped in trying to cut up meat that one of the other employees said they were out of. Forget about sitting here, everything was a mess. What a let down
