  The employees were really disrespectful towards my son since he was screaming since he is autistic and was stimming, my sisters chicken sandwich was drowned in sauce and when I asked if she could have it remade they said yes but when I went to get the sandwich I said thank you and she gave me attitude. If they don’t like their job they should definitely find a new one.

  Solid Arby location. Very clean. The staff was pleasant and the food was very good. We had roast beef sandwiches and a ham and cheese slider.

  Oh was this a horrible experience. Back in Ohio me and my family have a tradition of going to Arby’s every friday night. when we were visiting family in florida we decided to go to this Arby’s after a long day at the beach. When we get there there’s 5 cars in the parking lot parked horizontally over many spots leaving my minivan to park on the side of the road. When we go in our shoes basically stick to the floor and the restaurant reeks of ancient grease and old meat. When we go to order my youngest daughter (3) asks for chicken nuggets pretty basic, my son 14 asks for a roast beef slider and the employee responds with don’t the 2 kids have quite the age gap are you sure one isn’t adopted which is just completely insane. My husband gets curly fries and a chicken slider, I get just large curly fries, my farther in law gets a burger of some sort and my mother and law gets a gyro which the same employee responds with “you might wanna consider a salad since your getting slightly large” my mother and law asks to speak to the manager who says a careless sorry. We also all got lemonades When we get our food the sliders and fries are fine but the burger only has moldy lettuce and two hard buns, the gyro is literally 1 bun and nothing else the lemonade was separated which i’ve never seen before like half water and another half lemon not mixing. None of the food was boxed just in the bag? My daughter never got her chicken nuggets either. The bathrooms were another story paper towels everywhere no toilet paper dirty toilet paper strewn everywhere, overflowing toilets with poop in them and no soap, the water was brown and murky. We just left and ordered pizza. Thanks arby’s for ruining our tradition.
