  Terri at Carrabba’s Italian Grill was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down she was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel welcoming and fun. She never let our daughter’s drink be empty and was constantly checking to make sure we had everything we needed without ever being overbearing. Our drinks stayed full, the food came out great, and she stayed on top of every little detail the entire meal. It’s hard to find service this good anymore. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. Thank you Terri for making our night so enjoyable — we will definitely be back! We were also hungry. We just devoured our food however, our daughter was able to take pictures of her food and drinks so that’s what we included.

  If you are ordering take out for lunch… my suggestion is to call ahead and not just pull up. 40 minutes waiting for my food that’s a lunch special. It wasn’t busy.. servers were available and there were plenty of cooks. She took my payment 15 minutes in and didn’t tell me I would be waiting an additional 25 minutes. No offer for a drink.. no telling me how long I have to wait.. just sitting here in my 1 hour lunch. I asked the host how long and he cringed his face 😬 They did add a desert for my wait. But overall poor customer service!

  I made a delivery order for my mom for Mothers Day and it arrived perfect. She said the hot food was hot the cold food was cold. I Love that you offer this delivery service as I live in Northwest Fl and My mother lives in Port Charlotte Fl. It was wonderful to be able to make her mothers day special with your amazing food. We have been to restaurant several times so I did know what she would like and she said it was as delish at home as when she is in the Restaurant. Thank you for Making her Mother's Day special,since we could not be with her.

  For my son’s Birthday, which happens to be today on Mother’s Day, he wanted Carrabbas. We went around 2 thinking it would be our best chance to wait the least amount of time- we KNEW it’d be busy and we did call ahead but were told so we’re loads of others. We were told expectation could be 30 to 40 minute wait. We let the host know as soon as we arrived, and we’re seated within five minutes! Kerri K. Didn’t miss anything. Refills, more bread, she was there. Yes we had to wait about 40 minutes for our food- so what! We had our refills bread and salad/soups. They were busting their tails! She even remembered my son’s birthday and brought him his BIRTHDAY desert- chocolate overload? So yummy he had shared bc it was too big and decadent. A family behind me was complaining about the wait and apparently it’s their BUSIEST day of the whole year! They pushed that families food up and served them in 5 minutes. (eye roll). We were served after another smaller party too but it’s bc they are busy! We were a larger crowd you give Grace or go cook at home! The food was amazing, dishes were clean, servers kind- what more could you expect?! 2-2.5 hours later we left happy and satisfied. And if your not tipping 25% or greater on a day like today with what they were doing- stay home!

  Overall, we had a wonderful early Mother’s Day dinner thanks to our server Crystal! Upon getting to our table, we noticed it was very dark and a light bulb had gone out while the other nearby lights were pointed away from our table. Crystal moved us without question and continued to offer comfortability when things were wrong with our food. Not only did our waitress and manager offer fully recooked meals to us when 2 of our meals were incorrect, but she was very helpful when it came to packing up our meals. Crystal made our overall experience memorable and we will definitely return!
