  I’m sorry this place deserves a one star for how my food was. I ordered a Vito sandwich and i literally only received bread, meat and cheese. I had no toppings and neither did my boyfriend. Not only did the sandwiches suck, it took an hour for them to make my order. Ridiculous

  I can’t imagine this location lasting if they don’t get their act together soon! Three strikes and you’re out! The first time took forever through the drive-thru, second time there was only one girl working and trying to handle drive thru and in store. Well today, they finally have employees, and I called in my order for 2 Roast beef subs, kind of simple…not i picked them up and when i got them home they we hot subs with cheddar cheese and some weird crunchy stuff!! I had called the order in and literally spoke to someone so I don’t know where the miscommunication comes in, but I will definitely not be returning!

  I usually order from this location twice a week and the wait times have gotten worse and worse...they recently switched to employing uber to deliver for them, which as I write this, Ive been waiting over an hour for delivery of 1 sandwich meal. I know they can shut off when they accept orders on-line, maybe do that and hire some drivers...just saying for someone whos slogan is freaky fast, they are anything but!

  I’ve been to this new location a few times the bread is always perfectly fresh and the ingredients, especially the lettuce and vegetables are always crisp and fresh as well. The manager is friendly and very accommodating. I had an issue where I was double billed, He fixed the issue and took good care of me. Try the #9 toasted it’s life changing!
