  Couldn't get the pizza that was advertised without downloading app. Staff wanted to help but we'rent permitted or maybe just didn't know how. Lucky for us we went to Ruffino's off Memorial Parkway and had a delicious pizza and wonderful time.

  I order from this Domino’s location all the time, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I do not know what happened today! I spent almost $50 on pan pizzas, cheesy bread, etc., with a 15% tip, only to receive pizzas that were made completely wrong, thin and undercooked instead of the thick, properly baked pan pizzas they are supposed to be. When I called the store and explained the issue, the employee who answered said her name was Hailey, supposedly, and claimed to be a manager, again supposedly. Her only response was “okay,” with no apology, no concern, and no effort to resolve the problem, which prompted me to ask who she was. There was also a long period of silence while I was saying hello with no response, which felt extremely unprofessional and dismissive, although she later claimed she was trying to pull up the order. I told her it sounded like she did not care about what I had to say, and even when she said, “sorry you feel like that,” her tone still sounded like there was no care. Very odd. She then asked me what I wanted her to do, which is shocking coming from someone in a management position who should already know how to handle a customer complaint. How about, “I will let the team know,” or “We can remake them for you”? None of that was offered. I even told her I put it in my oven to let it cook more. Between the poorly made food and the careless customer service, this was a very frustrating experience. I asked her to tell whoever made the pizzas what was wrong and hopefully they fix it, but I honestly do not believe she took the time to do that because she did not seem to know how to hold a conversation. Management seriously needs to address both food quality and customer service standards at this location. I do not even want to eat Domino’s again because of this experience.
