I ordered a Chicken Habanero sub from Domino’s while I was at work, took time out of my shift to clock out and go pick it up, and when I got back—there was literally no chicken in the sandwich. How do you mess up something that basic? It’s the main ingredient. I tried to handle it calmly and called the store, but that only made things worse. I was left on hold for 30 minutes just to get hung up on. When I finally got through again, I spoke to someone else who told me there was no manager on site and that there was no way they could deliver a corrected order—even though I was previously told otherwise. Instead of trying to fix the issue, she just hung up on me again. I already left my job once to pick up the order. I’m not going to keep leaving work because of your mistake. At my workplace, we know how to handle problems and take care of customers—this was the complete opposite. There was zero accountability, zero professionalism, and no effort to make things right. I’ve seen the negative reviews about this location before and tried to give them a chance, but now I understand exactly why people are saying what they’re saying. This wasn’t just a mistake—it was terrible service from start to finish. I work at the hotel nearby you guys I used to recommend you guys To guest, I will be doing the opposite now And when it comes to your drivers coming to my job, they can call the guest for themselves from now on. tell them to learn how to use a phone.

The staff are always friendly but I would like to give a special shout out to Chris who was working the register the other day when my Mom and I ordered a pizza. My mom has a special pizza that she likes to order. She was struggling to remember the toppings ( unfortunately she suffers from Alzheimer's ) and was taking a while to place the order. Chris stayed patient the entire time. He did not rush her or get annoyed in any way. She finally ordered but, a few minutes later realized that she had forgotten to mention thin crust so, again Chris helped her make the changes without an issue. I'm sure they had already started the pizza and now had to go back and start over but Chris didn't act bothered at all. He told her no problem and changed the order for her. I know that my mama felt bad for making him do extra work but, Chris made her feel much better about it. Thank you Chris for patience and understanding ❣️. You should be proud of yourself. We never know what the person in front of us is battling. Take a lesson from Chris, Be kind to everyone ❣️. This goes without saying, our pizza was amazing, just as it is every single time. Thank you Chris !! Great job !!!
