  Absolutely terrible customer service. I arrived with about 20 minutes left before closing and only wanted a simple protein cup. Instead of helping me, the employee stood around sweeping and doing other tasks while watching me wait. The worst part was that he kept laughing directly in my face over and over again while telling me they were “about to close,” even though there were still 20 minutes left before closing time. I wasn’t asking for a large order or showing up after hours. I wanted one protein cup. Being ignored is frustrating enough, but repeatedly laughing at a customer while they’re standing there waiting is disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. This employee needs to be spoken to about how he treats customers.

  What a joke. They sell basically I thing. How can you be out of cheese, lettuce, and chicken???? The girl behind the counter was shorting everyone's bowls so terribly probably because she was afraid to run out of anything else. You have one job do better!!!

  Went to pick up order. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building and was literally just sitting still. Went inside the pickup line was just as long and no one attended to the patrons in line. Horrific service. If I could give a 0 for horrific that is where I'll click.

  The absolute worst chipotle I've ever been to. I've given this chipotle about 20 chances only because it is so close to my home. But I rather drive to Fort Pierce or SLW than to ever give them my service. I'll start with my biggest complaint... the drive thru pick up. Multiple times I have waited at the window for over 10 min while I see my order ready at the window. Two people just ignoring me and making more to go orders instead of just handing me my food that is now cold. They NEVER give me my soft drinks unless I specifically tell them, "hey I also ordered some drinks". And one time I made the mistake of asking for one of their fresh juices and the girl told me okay it'll be a minute. And instead of her going to get it she went on to make a few more take out orders and then went to get me my drink. Had I known it was going to be 10 more min I would've just settles for soda. Another time I placed a take out order of 4 meals and I got home to only 1. When I drove back they tried to give me my hour old food and I told them no I'll take a new one. Oh and don't even try getting a burrito here. Apparently people weren't trained on how to make a burrito. They can't wrap it. Twice it was a big tortilla stuffed like a taco. Also, if you purchase extra protein you may or may not get it. You might actually get home to less than the normal amount of protein. My sister went there with me once and she said I rather drive 30 min away than go back to that chipotle. And unfortunately that's what I'll have to do from now on.

  While this Chipotle is typically hit or miss, it definitely needs some kind of regime change. Went in today for two bowls and they barely had enough rice for both of mine. One guy was scrambling around to see if he could find any so they obviously didn’t have any cooking. Definitely wouldn’t have had enough rice for everyone else in line behind me that had been there for a good 15 minutes. Wild to see.
