- TSTravis Smith6 days ago2.0I ate here last Saturday night around 9pm and I was disgusted at how dirty the restaurant was. Multiple tables were dirty and the trash cans were overflowing. I guess from the reviews I have seen this is the norm. The food was alright maybe I got lucky in this regard however my chips were stale like made yesterday. The girl said she would bring them out to me and then disappeared and brought out a bag that she must have got from the break area. This place needs to do better with the cleanliness take some pride in your restaurant.

There’s like two pieces of lettuce?! I only order Togo because the place is always dirty as hell inside. But based on the reviews I don’t even know how this place is still open. They ration the food like it’s coming out of their own personal food bank.

I came for lunch with my family, and a young lady named Jay (or Jaylinsy) was handling the assembly line, cash register, and restocking the lobby area all on her own. Unlike most Chipotle locations where you barely get a greeting, she welcomed me right away and mentioned she recognized me as a regular. The food portions were fantastic, the service was fast, and she maintained a genuinely warm, friendly attitude the whole time while keeping the store spotless. She is easily the nicest worker I've spoken to at this location. Shoutout to management—great job raising the standard of customer service here. Will be back! 👍🏽
