- DLDamian LopezSep 27, 20261.0I called to make a simple change to my order and the lady was very rude. I asked if i can change my cheese pizza to a Hawaiian Pizza and she said it was gonna be more money. I explained that it wouldn't because that specific order allowed me to add up to 11 toppings, and she said well its too late to change. Then she hung up on me. This is super disrespectful and i will never order from there again!
- PJPatty JuezSep 11, 20263.0We got the triple treat box, had no idea the default was “tavern cut” nor were we aware of how thin that thing is. The ad shows a regular “hand-tossed” pizza. Not only that, but almost anything worth your enjoyment on that deal is an upcharge so it went from $22 to $40. You guys need to be more transparent with your ads. I thought this was supposed to be a good “affordable” pizza. Imagine the disappointment when I opened my $40 order and saw a damn pita chip with cheese. At least the cheese bread and cinnamon bread were decent, and NOT FLAT.
- CCChristopherAug 31, 20261.0sent pizza with no cheese just sauce. My kids are going hungry because of this. Lady on the phone was rude.
