  Attempted to order a pizza here the call center couldn't make the order so they transferred me to the location. A young lady answered the phone said I have to call the call center back and hung up on my face..

  We ordered 4 pizzas, breadsticks and wings. The food was palatable but not really good. We were disappointed. The service was great, the young man at the counter was very accommodating and courteous.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Pizza Hut location on June 1, 2026. Not only was the quality of the pizza unacceptable, but the customer service provided by the closing manager on duty was equally frustrating. The pizza I received was one of the flattest and most poorly prepared pizzas I have ever ordered. The dough was thin, overcooked, and lacked the quality I have come to expect from Pizza Hut. Honestly, I could purchase a frozen personal pizza from a retail store and have a better meal. When I contacted the store to address the issue, the closing manager was unwilling to resolve the situation. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, I was told that I would have to drive back to the store to receive a refund, and if I chose not to, then “too bad.” This level of customer service is unacceptable and demonstrates a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. As a paying customer, I expected professionalism and a willingness to make things right. Instead, I was met with indifference and poor service. Based on this experience, I will not be ordering from this location again and cannot recommend it to others.

  The young girl there went above and beyond on 5/29 to make me an excellent pan pizza. It was cooked perfectly and she sliced it nicely. Great job!!
