She deserves some serious appreciation for what she did today. She was all alone and yet managed to handle every customer with respect, efficiency, and professionalism. She had the restaurant clean, bathrooms clean, no long line waiting… she kept up with every online order, door dash, and walk in. She was so polite and didn’t rush thru each person, yet managed to keep things flowing! She was amazing. Seriously.

In today's world, and today's technology, that should be a given at all times when people are trying to purchase food at your restaurant. I really think that you guys need to take a step back and think about your employees and how hard they really do work!
