I order through Uber eats there was no chicken in my sub and the toasted giant chicken bacon sub and in the small ones. I couldn't get any help through the app. I will never order delivery again. I spent almost $90 dollars for no chicken there was thin piece of bacon and more lettuce then anything. I'm so disappointed and felt scammed out my food tonight. I'm trying to post the pictures but don't see the option.

Horrible horrible hirrible experience experience
Ordered my food to eat at store at 7:00 and manager knew i was eating there but he did not tell me that the store closed at 7. At 7:20 after I had been eating at a table he told me the store closed 20 minutes ago and told me I had to leave immediately and wouldn't even give me 5 minutes. I did not realize the store closed early on saturday. He then got extremely rude and nasty with me
I eat there a lot and have been a jimmy johns customer for as long as I can remembe maybe 20 years. I was so angry. Now i am sitting in my car figuring out how to eat my messy food.
I submitted the details as requested but as of 1/16/26 there has been no resolution.

The sandwich was ok. However, the girl working there was so rude I don't think I'll ever go back. Plus when you order online they ask you tip, even though I placed the order and picked it up. So since she already got my tip I guess she felt like she didn't have earn it. I'll stick to Mikes subs

Blonde girl has AWFUL costumer service. I love Jimmy John’s but will not be back to this location. Unbelievably rude!! Also, seemed like she was training a new girl which is embarrassing.
I've been ordering from this place for 3 years, and every time there's an issue. Every time they deliver I give the driver a 30% tip even though they cannot seem to get the order right, and most of the time they are rude! Today, when I tried to explain that I would like extra hot peppers and I never get them, the young lady basically said that I’d get it how they make it and hung up on me. I will never order from this place again. I think I'm just going to start going to Publix, Subway, or Which Wich even though it takes more time away from my very busy schedule, because it's just not worth the hassle! I deal with customers every day, and sometimes they can be so caught up in their own lives, with their own problems, that they can be somewhat inconsiderate and self-centered. I get it life is complicated at times, to say the least, and I don't think that people mean to be this way. Knowing this, I am very conscious of the fact that most people in the customer service industry deal with this constantly. However, I make a conscious decision not to act like this when I interact with others, and even though it conveniently saves me time, I will not be treated this way by someone who should know better. Take it for what it's worth 🤔😉
