  The burger had so much sweet barbecue sauce on it. That ruined it The baked beans were good

  The waiter was fantastic, the brisket was really good, disappointed with the Pastrami, The pastrami was thin layers like bacon. I guess coming from NY I was expecting it to be like NY.

  We went for lunch just after they opened. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I have a gluten allergy so I asked if the fries were gluten free. The chef came out and said they were not but walked me through the fried options she could make since she just changed her fryer oil. I had the fried green tomatoes and fried catfish and they were delicious as were all of the other regular items. All of the smoked meats are also gluten free as well which is rare in a bbq restaurant. We definitely will visit again.

  What a horrible restaurant. Just because you come from NY does not mean you know how to cook BBQ let alone know how to cook. There is nothing award winning in this place.

  I got the old school tray of fish & shrimp. Flavor was good on everything except the grits (my side). The grits I’m not sure were grits.. they tasted like loaded mashed potatoes, the consistency and flavor, I didn’t even eat them, very strange. Also I expected 2 pieces of fish from the picture but only got one. I honestly don’t feel like what I got was worth the $24+ I paid.. they gave me 2 pieces of cornbread…I wanted the 2 pieces of fish. Update: I got the catfish
