I was starving, but I expected the usual 7–9 minute wait since I eat here all the time. Unfortunately, almost 30 minutes went by before I received my food. I’m not sure what happened, but this is the longest I’ve ever had to wait at this location. It honestly felt like the kitchen may have been overwhelmed or staffed with several new employees because everything seemed to be moving much slower than normal. That said, I want to give credit where it’s due. The manager—a very tall gentleman wearing a red polo and hat—did a great job getting things back under control. Once he stepped in, orders started going out again, and you could tell he was working hard to get everything back on track. When I finally got my cheeseburger, it was absolutely worth the wait. It was one of the best burgers I’ve had from Five Guys—fresh, hot, and delicious. I’m leaving 5 stars because I know this isn’t how this location normally operates. Everyone has an off night, and as a regular customer, I’ll definitely be back. Hopefully this was just a one-time hiccup.

It seemed to me that most of the people were day dreaming rather than being focused on their work. So much so that a gentleman who ordered over 20 minutes ago had to cancel his order because of the subpar service .A top food chain requires a top staff especially around the dinner rush . Unfortunately , the quality of the teams at this location has gone way down from the past and I think that the management would be wise to think twice about who they hire .
