I ordered food through door dash and my dasher sat there for almost an hour waiting for my 60$ food order for my family to eat.. mind you im sick so shes very lucky I didnt go in there. Told my dasher my food was stolen I call the store to speak to the manager she tells me she doesnt have time to check each order and number to confirm and make sure food is going to the right dasher... I said then u need to make sure u have enough staff on deck to be abel to provide good services when it comes to people's money she told me basically that's on you and I said so ur going to do nothing about it and she just said YUP.. like and ur a manager??... I run alot of restaurants in this area and I promise u.. you wont be manager for long because u have no customer service experience and clearly dont know how to talk to people.. so rude and so very unprofessional.. disgusting!!

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
