- AAAaronJun 2, 20261.0Ordered a pizza on the app and I accidentally forgot to add toppings. I attempted to call the store and before I could even get a word and was told hold on please and placed on a 20 minute hold. During this time, I drove to the store to speak to somebody. Was ignored once I got to the location for another five minutes and then when I tried to explain that I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes. I was just blowing off and told we’re busy. I canceled my order, and I took note that both the phones were sitting off of the hooks while we sat on hold. I tried to tell the guy that I was trying to add toppings to a pizza and the gentleman that was trying to help me from the counter kept telling me my pizza was almost ready. I told him I don’t want that pizza because I need one with toppings. He told me I could replace it and they would remake it and it would take about another 15 minutes or so. I explained that if he answers the phone it could have been made by now. I’d recommend staying away from here or ordering from one of the other dominoes locations. No manager

They were able to help me with several large orders. the review by Kamryn was so biased and fake. I order atleast twice a week and I was there a few nights ago WITH MY CHILDREN and saw her screaming at the driver of the red car saying she was going to smash his face through a wall for speeding. He didnt even do anything. He handled it beautifully as did the rest of the young staff in the store. It was so dramatic and weird. i cant stand when people post fake reviews. its so classless. she should be ashamed of herself. I was told she got fired for always calling out and is just a disgruntled former employee. Sucks google lets fake reviews on here. Keep it up Dominos on Becker!
