  5 stars for 5 star service!! We held my son’s birthday party at D&B PSL and reserved the party room. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. We had Savannah as our server, and she was AMAZING! If I needed something, I’d turn around and she’d be right there (as the mom & host, you know how important that is!) She even made the kids feel extra special getting all of their drink orders. Thirty people is a lot to manage and she had a smile on her face the whole time! Rooster the Manager checked on us frequently, he made sure the kids were having fun in the game area, and even played Rock Paper Scissors with the little ones while we waited for cake. I’ll admit the price was more than I’d usually spend on a birthday, but 100% worth it!!

  I will say the food was not great but the service is great. We had an issue with two of the games and we were helped promptly with a great attitude. The staff member was Chris and they were on the game floor helping and maintaining the entire area with such awesome service.

  Had my son’s 9th birthday party today and was completely blown away with your staff. Everything went so smooth. Leydi was so attentive and kind, even with all the different checks she was so patient. Everything came out on time and to everyone’s liking. Rooster is the man! He even gave me a little extra time when I asked. I will be recommending this to all of our friends. Thank you all.

  We had a great time at Dave & Buster’s! There was a great variety of games and activities, and the atmosphere was fun and energetic. Most importantly, my kids absolutely loved it, they had a blast playing the games, earning tickets, and just enjoying the whole experience. It’s definitely a great place to take the family when you want to have some fun and make some good memories together. We’ll definitely be back!

  The other day me and my family came in We had Neisha as our server for the 2nd time , she is very loving and caring she stated she started a couple months ago which is unbelievable because she’s so perfect almost like a natural ! Her smile is very welcoming and she wanted to make sure the kids had a great time (which they did and asked when can they see the nice lady again ) the team work there is top tier , even though we misunderstood the kiosk this time Keifer the manager stepped in and saved the day everything was beyond and the people there really goes out their way to assure your satisfied .. what ever you need like Neisha says often (YOU GOT IT!) love this place will keep coming back throughout the school year
