Having the option to grab a meal, drinks, and continue playing games without leaving makes the overall experience convenient. Service was friendly and helpful throughout the visit.   Amazing experience. We were looking for a place for my wife and I to have a couple drinks while the kids enjoyed games. Great service for the hostess and the waiter. Decent food, good drinks, and fun games. Will be back.

  Took my boys out for an evening out and we had a coupon for A free appetizer I double checked to make sure what we wanted to order would include that coupon. I was told yes. Then I was also informed that I needed to buy an entrée to use the coupon so I got a Steak salad. I proceeded to order naked boneless wings and I received bone in barbecue wings. I asked for honey mustard after burning myself on the habanero mustard the waiter noticed and asked if I wanted regular honey mustard and a refill on my drink, I said yes, by the time he brought the honey mustard and the drink I was done eating. I was never given any salad dressing for my salad, and neither myself or my boys were ever given any silverware to eat any of our food. The waiter offered to get us boneless wings since the kitchen messed up and never returned with them. When I went to go check out I was told that the coupon would only cover a certain amount not the entire appetizer like I was told to begin. This place is a joke extremely expensive and not worth it. Practically everything was messed up and this was the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. My tab ended up being over $85 and should’ve been way less than that. We have gone to other Dave & Buster’s and haven’t had no issues like this the service here was atrocious. We were going to play games and make a night of it but after the horrible customer service we left and went home. I do not recommend going here!!!

  I just want to say that this was our first experience at Dave&Busters and our waitress Kay, and 2 employees in the arcade named Cristalee and LJ were simply amazing. Kay was an excellent waitress and was always willing to get whatever we needed. And LJ and Cristalee made my kids so happy and went above and beyond to make my kids night! The overall experience is expensive, but the food is good and the service was great!

  I’ve been in Florida for 25 years for the first time ever I decided to Try this place, I ordered about $80 worth of food and as soon as I got towards the end of my meal (The best part) A fly flew in my food, Although I had enjoyed the majority of my plate, I still had a slider and a plate full Of Parmesan fries, which I was enjoying. Instead of me, leaving Full and satisfied, I left halfway full and halfway satisfied. My waitress, Danni was So polite, she went and got the manager, and he still offered no kind of discount towards my food. After Fighting flies and being half full I really wish I would’ve went elsewhere
