  One of my favorite places! I always enjoy coming here and have had many great experiences. One suggestion I would make is to allow employees to receive tips. I think giving customers the option to tip would help recognize employees for great service and could also encourage an even more positive and motivated atmosphere among the staff. Overall, I really enjoy this place and would definitely recommend it!

  This is the fourth time I’ve been here when you were out of Greek vinaigrette dressing. You were also out of garlic dressing. The last two times I’ve been, I’ve scanned my rewards but they weren’t added to my account. I have waited numerous times for over 45 minutes when there’s only 4-6 people ahead of me. I love this fast casual restaurant but you guys need to get it together.

  Food was delicious! Store was packed and line went smooth. Very helpful and friendly service. Bill was great! He made sure everything was good with our meal and even wiped down tables. Helped take our tray as well. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences we ever had. Will definitely be back.

  Unfortunately, our experience today was very disappointing. We found a strand of hair in one of our sauces, so we were unable to enjoy it. Later, when we got home and tried to finish our meal, we found another longer piece of hair. I called the store around 9:58 PM to let them know what happened. While explaining the issue to the gentleman who answered the phone, he hung up on me. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer service. The food itself was good, but cleanliness and the way customers are treated matter just as much. I hope management addresses these concerns because situations like this can have a major impact on a business’s reputation.

  This was my third visit to CAVA, and unfortunately, it will probably be my last. Each time I’ve come, the service has been disappointing. After waiting 10-15 minutes in line, I was repeatedly told that several menu items were unavailable or that I had to keep waiting. Then, after spending about 20 minutes placing my order, I got to the register only to find out that they were out of more items. The staff seemed disorganized and unsure of what was going on. Customers should be informed before waiting in line. What concerned me the most was the avocado. The container holding it appeared dirty and unsanitary, which raised serious concerns about food safety. I hope management pays closer attention to cleanliness and food handling to help protect customers. I enjoy the food when it’s available, but the consistently poor service and this experience with food handling have made it very frustrating.
