  I visited this spot with my family and they were super nice. The owner allowed me to try all the different base flavors of açai. The atmosphere was great, super cute and they even came by with complementary cupcakes for my grandson. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for the delicious protein waffle and açai bowl.

  Since we went into the establishment it’s a great atmosphere, the service is great. The food is awesome. Very clean place . The girls that work there were very nice as well. I’m looking forward to going back.

  Had a great experience at Berry Forkin Good while visiting from New Jersey. The place has a trendy, upbeat atmosphere and the energy from the staff really stood out. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed happy to be there, which made the experience even better. The coffee was amazing, easily one of the highlights of the visit. Dani, the assistant manager, gave a great recommendation with the “What The Froth!” (sea salt caramel), and it did not disappoint. Everything was fresh, and well-made. It was a really enjoyable experience with great service, vibes, and a spot I’d definitely come back to when I’m in Port St. Lucie again.

  It was my first time there and it was such a horrible experience. I wanted to ask the owner a question and one of the owners, which was the wife, had an unpleasant attitude to begin with. She told me give her 10 minutes and she was not even busy. The place had no line, and I can visibly see her not busy. I explained to her that it would only take a few seconds of her time, she ignored me. Her husband, which is another owner of the place, was not pleasant as well, but not as unprofessional as the wife. He spoke to me after I looked at him in disbelief. I would never go to that place again and I would not recommend anyone there.

  Also don’t lie on me. I’ve never threatened you or said anything about making a negative review before this is my first time so as a business owner, you don’t need to lie on me and I want to advise to you. My background is in Law so to sit here and lie on me is absurd if you didn’t like that I made a review you should’ve tried to fix the issue with me in person instead of your worker being nasty, but don’t lie on me. Let’s be clear. Nobody ever threatened you or staff ! if that’s the case why you didn’t call the police liar? try the business to see for yourself, but be leery that you may experience the same things that I’ve experienced lies no follow through poor execution and soft feelings when they’re told they’re doing something wrong. Don’t go into business if you don’t want critiques or Criticism. I’ve been here multiple times and usually stick to the same drink because trying new items hasn’t gone well. The “Kale Me Crazy” smoothie was overly sweet and didn’t taste good at all. The only item I consistently get is the Strawbae, and even that isn’t always made the same depending on who prepares it. This time, I ordered the “Wake The Froth Up!” (Iced) through the app. When I arrived, it wasn’t ready. After tasting it, it was way too sweet. I politely asked if it could be made less sweet — not replaced, just adjusted — and was initially told no and immediately pointed to a policy sign in the store. That policy is not shown on the app, which is how I ordered, so it shouldn’t be used against customers who never saw it. Only after I pushed for the owner to be called was a remake offered — and even then, it came with attitude and “this is the last time” comments. I ended up switching to my usual Strawbae (no chocolate) just to avoid further issues, but it was made poorly compared to how it’s normally done, which shows inconsistency. To address the owner’s response: you were not present, and camera footage does not capture tone or what was said. I was not rude or disrespectful. The employee was condescending and dismissive, and she did not initially offer to fix the drink. My prior interaction with the owner was only somewhat pleasant — I also had to push to get help when I said the kale smoothie didn’t taste good. At larger places like Tropical Smoothie, if there’s an issue, they will fix or remake your drink without attitude. A business should care whether customers actually enjoy what they’re paying for — not force them to accept something that doesn’t taste good. Because of this experience, I’ll be very leery about returning.
