  One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. The warm and welcoming atmosphere makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel genuinely welcomed. Despite the amazing quality, the prices are also very reasonable. With its delicious food, great service, and cozy ambiance, this is definitely a place you’ll want to come back to again and again. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

  First I would like to say the food here is the best your going to get for Italian in our area but the service of one particular large older woman the runs the register is absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful. I spend over 200 a week eating here and just to be lied to in my face and give me a cherry cheesecake pie instead of a strawberry one like I ordered is not good management. What if I was allergic to cherry? I asked why and the answer is we ran out . So why put something else I didn’t ask for as the topping. She said they called me which was a lie. Also this Happend twice and the first time I had it delivered and had to send someone back to get it fixed which they did so why did you guys get it wrong rhe first time but the second time it was you ran out ? I just feel like I was treated with an attitude and lies and it’s sad cause I truly love this place and go out of my way 30 mins just to order from here so hopefully things will Change casue if not they will Continue to lose good customers over one employees bull crap.

  The food and cakes are very good but there service is unacceptable. 1st problem, Twice I've called to put in an order and was put on hold and never came back. I actually walked in still on hold. Second problem, everytime I order a cake there is a problem. I ordered yellow cake got chocolate,no one would eat it. Next time I ordered a cake for my birthday and it wasn't made when I went to go pick it up. I had to wait 1/2 hour for them to make my cake. Spoke to owner and all he said was sorry. I will never go there again. Nothing but aggrivation

  The service & the pizza is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!+ Pizza siting in the shelf for probably the whole day!!!! The people working there treat you like a inconvenience, this place is TERRIBLE, FYI pounding the pizza with garlic don't make it Italian, bye the way is also a bakery& a restaurant, pretty comical, don't know how this place stays open, then was told they hit the lottery, now it makes sense!!! NEVER AGAIN 00STARS!

  Been going to Bella Roma for years. We absolutely love the Grandma’s Pizza, and it never disappoints. This is easily one of the best versions of this style I’ve had in the area.
