  Foods always good at Arby's they just need help very slow they need more people

  Today I was at Arby’s on US1. I ordered through a drive-through and had to go inside to complete my purchase. I was a bit annoyed when I went inside but Tanya quickly turned the situation around with her warm, exceptional customer service attitude. The sandwich real good; one of the main reasons I only go to Arbys. Thank you Tanya!

  Felt very short staffed. But lady at drive through kind. And gentleman brought my food to me. Could tell he looked a little stressed but still polite and professional. Looked like food was made in a hurry. Sandwich messy but still good.

  Went here for lunch for the first time in years, the staff was friendly and minimal wait time, I ordered the crispy fish with curly fries and sweet tea...fries was great. The fish sandwich cold, very flat not crispy and basically no taste. Idk if I would or wouldn't come back.
