  I love 7brew it’s actually so good and the prices are just beautiful 2 refreshers for the price of 1 at any other place. They have a variety of flavors, the staff is so nice and stacey was so sweet she did excellent customer service.

  Now don’t get me wrong everyone there was nice and all, but my coffee was probably the worst coffee i’ve ever had. The day before my coffee came out decent and it was my first time coming to this location but today my coffee was so watered down from the minute I got it and it didn’t taste at all like the coffee I had yesterday I’m so mad i spent almost 7 dollars on a coffee just for it to not taste like coffee or any of the flavor shots it was supposed to have I don’t think i’ll be coming back to this location

  Writing this so Corporate and the Franchisee can see this award their wonderful Brewistas. Came Wednesday, early morning and ordered my regular Sweet and Salty. Upon leaving, I realized I had actually gotten a Cinnamon Roll flavor instead, this was at like 10:30 AM, and I wasn't able to return until around much later, around 2-3 PM. By then, a gentlemen with yellow blonde highlights in his hair (I forgot his name) proceeded to took my order. I told him what was up and he said that usually they don't remake drinks after such a long period of time, but he understood as I had to get to work that morning and it's not always easy to flip a u-turn and wait in morning drive thru traffic, and agree'd to remake it on the spot for no extra cost. By then, I had a co-worker who also ordered a Sweet and Salty, and her order was taken by a lightskin gentleman with the best curly hair you'll ever see, name was Diego if I remember correctly. He was super energetic and entertained us with good small talk. Upon getting our drinks, I pulled into the parking lot to taste test it, and it was still cinnamon roll. I ran up to the walk up window and told the gentlemen that our drinks were still cinnamon roll and they immediately began testing the flavors to realize the error of the mismatched sauce bottles. They apologized profusely and immediately began reorganizing their bar area and remade our drinks for free on the spot, which came out perfect this time.

  Jayci was honestly the sweetest. She helped us find exactly what drinks we wanted and made the whole experience feel super easy and fun. She had such a good vibe and was really kind the whole time, not fake or forced at all. You can tell she actually cares about people and enjoys what she does. It made a big difference, and we really appreciated it. Definitely coming back!

  Went here today for the first time, I ordered a sunset tea, when I pulled up I was told it was going to take about 10 minutes for the tea to steep. I said ok, I’ll just park and wait. I had waited for 15 minutes and nothing, I had to get out of the car and take my 16 month out of the car and go up to doors. When I went up there nobody recognized that I was waiting and I was told if I want to place an order I need to go to the front, I said no I haven’t received the drink that I ordered yet. Then she remembered and went to check on it. The girl who originally took my order came up to me and didn’t recognize that she just took my order and was asking if I have a pickup order. I said no, I haven’t received the order I just placed I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes. She told me that it always takes about 10 minutes for tea orders. I had to tell them again what I ordered, and I was given an expired free drink card, I’ll never be back. In total it took about 30 minutes from ordering to finally getting my drink.
