I didn’t receive my usual discount for ordering a smoothie with food product. I’ll was charged regular price for both smoothies even though I ordered two food items. In addition, they were missing my kale salad side for one of my orders. Also they messed up the Turkey sandwich. I usually have a great experience. I might just avoid it for a while.

There was one other over worked kid in the back making food which was delicious but took those poor kids 35 minutes to get orders done. They were bombarded and NO manager in sight! Why??? Do better Tropical smoothie. This is entirely employee abuse. The line was 10 or more by the time I left. Those 2 girls deserve a bonus for doing their best to keep your business moving under poor circumstances.

The manager acknowledged the horrible sandwich, went to the back and just let me sit in the lobby for the next 15-20 minutes. After asking for the manager again, she came out and looked shocked I was still there. Just close the restaurant. There’s no hope for this location. Poor employees looked like they were going prison work.
