    I walked in at 8:40 PM, and both another customer and I were told that we could not order any food or smoothies because the location was closing. However, the posted closing time is 9:00 PM. If the business stops serving food and drinks before the posted closing time, that should be clearly communicated to customers. Otherwise, customers reasonably expect to be able to place an order until 9:00 PM. This was disappointing and frustrating, especially since I arrived 20 minutes before closing.

    A bunch of high schoolers working here, with a whole bunch of their friends that came in crowding the front, as i was waiting for my drink, the girl behind the counter was holding my drink in her hands for about 5 minutes, its been done as i watched and clasp her hands all round the lid and just fooling around rubbing her hands on my lid as she was talking to her friends and i was grossed out hoping it wasnt mine but of course it was And finally she called my name and i was like here, and she was like oh, as i caught her surprised that i was standing there the whole time! i was standing there waiting in the distance not happy, i took off the lid right at the counter and left it there on that counter because who would want that close to their lips! And my drink look melted but i just left and decided to leave this review! ***June 9th around 6:20***...

    It should not take 30 mins for a smoothie and food. My smoothie was watered down, I’ve been to this location multiple times and horrible. Staff needs to be retrained, and wait times should not be that long. St lucie west and post st lucie blvd customer service is elite !

    ** Two complaints, and i usually love tropical smoothie. ** 1st, i went to the store at 8:17pm (~45 minutes before they close) and the girl inside had turned off the lights and was sweeping while i pulled on the locked door while she literally pretended to not see me. another gentleman came up to the door and the girl was shaking her head as if to say "we're closed" 2nd, about a week or so later, i went to the same location (the employee felt like working that day). i ordered my smoothie and a pesto chicken flatbread. while eating the sandwich, a hard piece of plastic was literally in my food. thankfully i didn't swallow it because it looked like a sharp and hard kind of corner piece from a bag or something. completely unacceptable. i've left 2 complaints to through corporate, and i've heard nothing from the owner or anyone from corporate. clearly the owner of this location does not care about their business, and it is noticeable.
