  Pizza was almost about cold I ordered something that was $24.99 and it came out to be $50 I'm not sure why it was that I asked for less sauce they gave me extra sauce I asked him for extra mushrooms I didn't get a hardly any mushrooms on my pizza the soda felt like when I opened it it was shooken up so what kind of went everywhere I asked for cheese sticks and I got garlic sticks just not happy with the pizza order that I got yesterday I'll give you two just because of pizza was cold the soda was soaking the honey did not there was no honey on the chicken it was supposed to be honey chicken but no it wasn't even that all I tasted was nothing but garlic and that's all I tasted so I'm giving you guys a two-star maybe next time you guys will probably do better

  This 3 star rating is from our last experience. 11/10/17 - We ordered their $20 Big Meal Deal - 2 Pizzas, 1 order of breadsticks, and Pasta with chicken in an Alfredo sauce. (You can change it up by getting chicken wing's instead of the pasta, or just 3 pizza's). On the one pizza I ordered just pepperoni with x-sauce and the second pizza we got it with sausage and pepperoni with a garlic butter crust. Well when we first opened the box the pepperoni with x-sauce was ridiculous, the cheese and pepperoni had completely slid off, I like x-sauce but this was over kill of sauce! Then the second pizza didn't have the garlic butter crust and hardly any pepperoni on it! We immediately called to complain and we were pleased with the manager's aplogy and gave us a $15 credit. It would of been nice if they credited the whole price we paid but the pasta and breadsticks were great. So next time I order from them and it's spot on I will change my rating! UPDATE: 1/7/18 Their having a 50% off any Pizza(s) promotion right now for ON-LINE ORDERS ONLY, that sounds great right? Well NO, we've been trying for 15 minutes to get the 1/2 off to apply to our order. So I decided to call and I spoke to the Manager (Holly), who was very apologetic and understanding and shared with me that Corporate told them they were NOT permitted to take the 50% off orders over the phone even though we couldn't get it to apply on-line! Holly also shared we were not the only customers to call her, she recommended that we hit the 50% off button 2X's and see if that would work and trying a different phone, computer, or tablet. I thanked her for trying to help. Eventually (20 minutes later), we finally got it to apply, Yay!! Thank you Holly for being sympathetic and to Corporate for putting your employees through many complaints, you need to fix the glitch before running a Promotion On-line!
