  Today July 2, 2026, my husband and I called in a order to Pizza Hut on Port St Lucie Bl. We ordered a personal pan pizza and two orders of 8 piece honey bbq wings WITH BONES IN. The order came with both wings that I guess was their boneless wings with only a drop of bbq sauce on them. I called the pizza hut and asked for the manager around 6:15pm. She asked the order number and I explained why we were calling. She said she remembered our order. I explained that we asked for WINGS WITH THE BONES IN! She asked what was that? I explained the chicken wings with the bones. She said we didn't say that, and got irate, yelled and hung up, when I told her me and my husband was on speaker phone, so we both heard it. I tried calling the district office no option to talk to anyone. My husband and I are both Disabled Veterans, and do not appreciate the disrespect! THIS MANAGER HAS NO RESPECT FOR THIS PIZZA HUT AND THEIR CUSTOMERS. I WILL KEEP REACHING OUT UNTIL I AM HEARD AND REIMBURSED. OUR ORDER WAS $32.64!!!

  We bought pizza and chicken wings from this pizza hut and they took the wrong order down and delivered the wrong order. So I called them the let them know that this wasn't the order we purchased. We ask to speak with the manager and she said she remember the phone call order ,but what she didn't know was two people heard this order being made so she tried lying about that wasn't, what was said to her and we continued to tell her that we have a witness who heard the order being made so she got irate and hung up on us instead of trying to rectify the problem since we always order from this location. The manager was very unprofessional and evil and she would not refund us our money. "Beware" of this pizza hut. The wrong chicken that we got looked like it was a month old and suppose to have had barbecue sauce on it but was only one percent covered and it didn't look like chicken at all. Management needs to FIRE this so call manager. This order was on July 02, 2026 around 6:15pm when we talked to this so call Manager. Totally ridiculous!! Expect a follow-up!!
