  Brutal. 2 pizzas one order of cheesy bread. 1st pizza was dry as hell even after we asked for extra sauce. 2nd pizza was ok. cheesy break was so hard and stale felt like 3 day old bread. Probably a management problem as this location. Set your expectations low and you wont be as disappointed as we are here. Papa John's from now on.

  Update - 6/12/2026- I purposely have not picked up any orders from here and decided to accept for a few weeks and I accepted one tonight on my way home. I got to the store well within the time for it to be ready and waited 15 minutes to be told the order has not even been started yet. I wasted 25 minutes of my time that Im not paid for and missed out on other orders. This needs to stop, either properly staff your stores for the business you get or stop accepting 3rd party orders. If you are going to get rid of in house drivers and primarily use 3rd party delivery service and their contractors, please make sure the orders are ready when the drivers arrive . There are hundreds of other restaurants who manage to get the orders completed on time or with very minimal waits. Also, stop treating the drivers like we are a burden to you , every single time I pick up from this location, it is never busy enough to not be aknowledged within a reasonable amount of time, I am always met with someone rude and annoyed that Im asking for the order Im picking up.

  Today my family ordered pizza, and we order pizza every other week on Fridays. This week, we received our pizzas very well done. We called them to let them know the pizzas were basically burnt and asked if we could get a refund or new pizzas. He then hung up on us. We called back later, and he said we ordered pizza during rush hour and there’s no way they were all burnt, but there is a way because they were all burnt. We have never had to complain or had problems with this store before, and if they checked, they would see we always order from here. The guy was very rude, nasty, and argumentative. Despite it being busy, there’s no excuse for FOUR pizzas to be burnt — not ONE, but FOUR. I don’t know if there’s new people working there but this is unacceptable and terrible customer service.

  I ordered 3 of their Philly cheese steak sandwiches they were awful. There was no meat on sandwiches and overcooked. I will never be back again.
