- FWFaith WilsonMay 8, 20261.0Today my family ordered pizza, and we order pizza every other week on Fridays. This week, we received our pizzas very well done. We called them to let them know the pizzas were basically burnt and asked if we could get a refund or new pizzas. He then hung up on us. We called back later, and he said we ordered pizza during rush hour and there’s no way they were all burnt, but there is a way because they were all burnt. We have never had to complain or had problems with this store before, and if they checked, they would see we always order from here. The guy was very rude, nasty, and argumentative. Despite it being busy, there’s no excuse for FOUR pizzas to be burnt — not ONE, but FOUR. I don’t know if there’s new people working there but this is unacceptable and terrible customer service.
