  They got our order wrong. Had to go back thru drive-thru. Check your food if it's special order.

  This McDonald's has really upped it's game over the last few years. Definitely worth a delicious visit.

  This McDonald is a mess I order a #4 Deluxe on the drive through and when I got home they gave me a Big Mac, I don’t understand why corporate doesn’t take the store back.

  Zero interpersonal skills. And if you're standing at the counter because you just need to catch someone's attention for a half a second to ask for ketchup or napkins, they will completely ignore you like you're not even there. And when they speak to you, they are so mousy, you can't even hear them. And check your bag, because it's frequently missing part of your order, like the fries I was supposed to get with an app exclusive deal. It's the same every time I'm in here! This is clearly a management problem, more than a staff problem. These young employees have never been taught basic customer service. Management is failing them AND their customers.
