  They mess up my order I asked for large fries and they gave me medium. This is not the first time they messed up my order

  I'm not sure if the one make worker is the manager but his customer service was GREAT!! He constantly walked around asking and making sure that the customers seated were fine and didn't need anything. He had great energy to him.

  Best McDonald's on this side of town which is the reason I believe they are always slammed. You WILL be parked and it WILL take forever but you can tell its fresh and hasn't been sitting under a lamp. The difference between order taking and delivery is noticeable. The guy taking the orders is phenomenal at his job. 3 minutes and he can take like 10 orders. But making the food takes time so this creates the issue most people complain about. The McDonald's on St Lucie Blvd (publix plaza) gave me food poisoning so I've been coming here since. Its a problem i dont think they can fix, you can either have shitty food quick or wait and get something better. 'Fast food' is not the motto here, but at least its good food!

  I would like to thank Jorge and Jira (not sure how to spell there names) for excellent service. I pulled up to the window to get the food, my online order was missing something and they both handled the situation calm and professional. I respect there mannerisms during a busy time. Thank you both. You deserve to be noticed.

  The manager is rude. Not professional at all and has comprehension issues when asking to remove an item. I have been going to this location for a long time, many many times and they suddenly have an issue with a simple request and then when asked to remove it, he is arrogant. Complaint filed. Beware of this location!
