  Ordered an iced coffee with the instructions shown but it was made with extra ice, none of the flavors, no sugar, and extra cream instead. What is the point of giving instructions if they are not going to make it as ordered? Definitely would rather go to the one in tradition even though that one is farther away from me but at least they know how to follow instructions. Maybe the reason she made the coffee completely wrong was because it was using a reward but if I have rewards to use it’s because I purchase frequently.

  I stop at this Dunkin’ on Crosstown every morning on my way to work, and I just have to give a special shoutout to Shelly! I believe she’s the manager, but regardless of her title, she is absolutely AMAZING! She always has such a positive attitude, a warm smile, and an incredible personality. No matter what kind of morning I’m having, she always manages to make my day a little brighter. It’s the little things that make a big difference, and Shelly is a perfect example of what outstanding customer service looks like. Great job, Dunkin’ on Crosstown, for having someone like Shelly on your team! She truly makes customers feel welcome and appreciated. People like her are the reason I keep coming back every morning! ☕❤️

  the staff is very friendly, attentive, and accurate when taking care of customers! it’s been a while since i feel like i got some “old fashion” customer service. as someone who works in the service industry, thank you and keep up the great work! bonus points for the store being so tidy and organized btw ;p

  This is the best DUNKIN I have ever visited. The staff was beyond friendly which is refreshing now a days. The restaurant was extremely clean and the food was delicious. If I had to make one complaint it would be my sandwich could have been toasted a bit more but thats just a personal preference. I wojld definitely go out my way again to go to this DUNKIN.
