I ordered a caramel iced macchiato and it was nowhere near full. You literally have one job: pour the coffee into the cup. There’s no reason to be this greedy with the portions like it’s coming out of your paycheck. Do better. I shouldn’t have to pay full price and leave feeling like I got half a drink.
- AAAleexandriaxoxoSep 3, 20263.0I moved to PSL not long ago and enjoy my stops at DD this location is in the corner of my route when I have to take my kids to school so I treat myself here in going to blame the bad service on the Manager there needs to be some renovation on management who ever is running that place is not it I’m not one to leave reviews but ever since I started coming here I always buy Snackin bacon 🥓 only at this location is it ever a problem and it sucks that to enjoy it I need to go out of my way to another location be had there not full of excuses regarding there snackin bacon it usually has a slight crunch good texture from the syrup but in this location it looks shriveled up and un cooked and soft I was told to ask for them to cook it for me to have it the way I like which has never been the case in any other location so I did one time and they got it right I came by today and kept in mind I’ll just let them know since I need to to make sure it’s cooked as I get my order it looks exactly the same all shriveled up and soft I asked the manager at the window I didn’t get her name and she said the reason for the hold up and why there is a line behind me is because they did cook it like how is my snackin bacon order the reason for the hold up ? Any other fast food would just tell you to pull forward and they bring it out to you if that would be the case it was very unprofessional on top that they just don’t get the snackin bacon right everything else I ever order is fine I love my drinks from this location that’s my only complaint and wanted to address it since it’s on going and she really sat there and acted like I was the problem.
