This is my favorite McD branch anywhere. It’s busy, the food turnover is high, and it seems to be all local high school kids working there, and they do a good job. This McDonalds always has the freshest, hottest food.

Food was disgusting. 8 pm at night and double cheeseburger was gross. 5 more hours to serve and sub par food. No C02 in the soda told manager He said they've been out of soda for 3 days.. Why are we charging for soda if there's no CO2??

Placed mobile order for pickup. 15 minutes later it wasn’t ready for pickup. Was told they didn’t get it till I got to the store. Not true. It was on their screen and had been for a while. Then tried to argue with me that I didn’t place it early. Now tells me they don’t start making the order until we check in at the drive thru or counter. What’s the point in a mobile order system then if I now have to wait in line with all of the drivers thru placed orders?! Whataburger is cheaper, tasted better, and has your food ready when you get there. Do better McDonald’s.
On top of all this, it made me late for work, I had to get my money refunded because I couldn’t wait, and TO ADD INSULT!!! THEY SHORT CHANGED MY REFUND!!! Will never return to this McDonalds for anything!
***Update*** Called to inform them of the short. The manager tried to argue over the 13 cents it was shorted and then hung up on me when I pointed out it don’t matter how much, it matters that it was not paid.

Was passing through Port St Joe and wanted to sit down with the family to eat. This location had the lobby closed and doors locked at 815 pm on a Saturday!?!
Went through the drive through where the man working argued with me about the code I supplied from the app. I refreshed the app and pulled to the window to give home the code. He had processed the sale without asking if I wanted to use the card on file.
By far the worst experience I’ve had at a McDonald’s. TERRIBLE LOCATION

Took 30 min to get our food. 2 kids meals,a couple orders of small fries,2 iced coffees and 1 Frappe. Never got the one coffee after repeatedly asking for it, was given a small after paying for a medium of the other one. It took a bunch of arguing back and forth with the employee even after showing the receipt for them to make that right. Finally just left without getting things right cause we didn’t have more time to waste. This is the worst Mcdonalds we have ever been to.
