  Ordered online for the first time ever. Tell me it’ll be ready at one time no other customers were at the store during this time or through drive-through. Made me wait an additional 10 minutes not worth it.

  Ordered through mobile app. Waited 30-45 mins had to hit call button to remind them I was still waiting finally after 10 more mins or longer by the time they brought my order . The burger was fine the tater tots were cold hard and nasty. The refresher drink was just disgusting ( that wouldn't have been any better no matter when they brought it. ) I ended up tossing the tots and dumping the drink. I bet the tots would've been good hot.

  I had taken my granddaughter here to grab lunch as per her request, never again !!¡ the service was on the slow side , the girl brought the food out and as my granddaughter was eating her burger ( approximately 3 bites ) she started gagging profusely. I was like what the heck is happening, she handed me the burger and said look !!! To my shock, there was a dead fly in the burger ( between the lettuce and burger ) . Horrified, and completely grossed out I took it back and showed the manager, after a few minutes of waiting, he said ...do want another one !! Absolutely not !!!! He said he would refund the the whole meal , I said that's not necessary, so just her burger was sufficient. He insisted he was refund the whole meal , which was 34 and some change . The bill came out of my account and Never got refunded for anything.! So if want eat here , check your food and they don't charge for the " extra protein " or refund squat !!!!! Stay away from this place !!!
