  Cassie is AMAZING~ We had an issue over the weekend and called back Monday night and she addressed our situation professionally with a very welcoming and friendly attitude! Keep up the good work Mamma!

  Normally, I have a great experience with their food, however, I ordered the buy 1 get 1 large pizzas and an order of the apple pies. I ordered directly with them on the app, but they had DoorDash deliver. I had 6 drivers drop my order and 1 finally told me an hour and a half after I put my order in that there was only 1 girl working with tons of people waiting over an hour and they hadn’t even started my order. I finally received it almost 2 hours late and instead of the pan pizzas I ordered, I got hand tossed that were undercooked and no Apple pies. Someone royally screwed up having only 1 person working on a Saturday night.

  *** BEWARE OF THE BAD ATTITUDE OF NEW EMPOLYEE ( MEGAN S. ).*** This place been good in the past. never had issues with this place. NEW HIRE CALLED MEGAN S., only 3 months old and already ruined my last experience with this place with her unwarranted attitude and ZERO customer service. He is the NEW KAREN of that place. HQ was notified with incident and also manager of that location. Won't be ordering again from that place if she still work there. Can't risk it . With that attitude everything could happen to my food . Hope the management fix her attitude and customer service .

  I placed an online order on 04/20/26 just after 7:00 pm. Was given an estimated delivery time of 30 to 40 minutes. After waiting over an hour I contacted Pizza Hut customer support to get an update on my order. After asking me a lot of questions about my order they recommended I contact the store. So I called the # provided for the store, and got what I think was a call center. I explained that I have been waiting for well over an hour at this point for my order and wanted to cancel it. She got a manager on the call and he attemped to call the store directly. The store did answer. He then told me he was going to send a email to the store to have it canceled. Apparently that didn't work because my order showed up at around 9:30. So my 30 to 40 minute pizza took over 2 hours and it was cold. Totally unacceptable, epic fail for Pizza Hut.o
