The male employee who is there today helped a customer then with his gloves on still cleaned the snot off his nose then went directly to touching the next persons food !!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME !? Then I said something to him and I stead of acknowledging it as a problem says I hear you then proceeds to continue making food with the same gloves on. DO NOT EAT HERE

- TGTommy GallinelliJul 31, 20261.0This chiptole always has problems. I am a frequent consumer. They are either constantly short staffed, not prepared and or food is out. Today i had a online order for me and my wife it was supposed to be ready at 10:50 am. I didnt leave until 11:27. Food was not ready, no one was prepared. There was even 7 employees which I have never seen that many there . You are normally lucky to have 4 workers. The one gentlemen thomas was the only moving with urgency and talking to each costumer. My wife was late to work because of their " we got a late start". Which they tell people often. Many of the times the online orders also are lucky to be half filled, unless its made by the girl whos kind of short with black hair. She owns the online orders and does a great job and doesn't like when other employees are in here way just standing there. Which I dont blame her!. As I was leaving at 11:27 they still didnt have everything out or made. Thats past a half hour of being open. That should not happen. From now i will take my business to the chiptile on little road where I have yet to have problem the couple of times ive gone there. Its worth the few extra minutes of a drive to know your food will be ready and right.
- ADava duranJul 28, 20261.0The young man working at the front with a nose piercing and annoying attitude is so lazy and I walked out mid bowl because he was so irritated to be helping us he didn’t even want to get me brown rice when I asked and says they don’t have any after somebody just said it was in the hot case in the back. I just think it’s crazy how rude people are to others at this establishment I didn’t tell you to work there.
