  When it comes to the fries I purchased, they definitely didn't seem to be cooked enough tonight. But that's not the reason for my review. It's Checkers not wanting to give people their full change back. The fact that your business does not use pennies anymore is not the customer's problem. Where are the signs posted at the business telling the customer that they either have to have exact change or pay with a card because they will not be receiving their full change back?? I in no way had an attitude until that MOD gave me an attitude which was unjustified. My interaction with the cashier had no issues. You do not get to jip your customers on the money they are owed because your business doesn't want to provide them anymore. If anything, if you don't want to give people pennies, then you need to give them back more than they are owed, not less. So yes, I gave you two pennies and made you give me a dime back because that's what I was owed. I wasn't owed $0.05. I was owed $0.08. I gave you two pennies, you gave me a dime. Put the fries in the bag.

  Every time I come to order at any checkers it's messed up. Their ai order taker sucks and should be taken out. I ordered 2 items and it totally messed it up! Ai shouldn't be used everywhere!

  It's fine if you go through the drive thru... But if you go to the window be prepared to be ignored for at least 5 minutes and for the staff to be rude and act like you're inconveniencing them

  I love Checkers deals and food, but, I always get cold hamburgers. The fries are hot most of the time like they should be. The burgers are slightly warm, sometimes down right cold. There's nothing like eating a cold burger 95 % of the time, it sucks. I wish that they do something about the cold burgers, because I'm about ready to start giving Burger King a try, they also have great deals lately. and stop going to Checkers. Ps, I eat at Checkers at least 2 or 3 times a week. " " "And that ain't no Bull"

  Never fails every time I come I order the bare minimum and have to pull out of the drive thru and wait 10 plus minutes for my order every time no matter what it’s like they turn the grills off randomly every day
