  Great food, but overhearing the manager be rude to his employees and then talk about one employee to another, that was not professional and those employees should not have to put up with that kind of atmosphere. Aside from that, Charleys has great food.

  Every single time I order a large it's a regular EVERY SINGLE TIME also store needs to stay open a bit later every other store closing at 12 or 2 am in high end areas down here closing at 10 is just evil

  The food was fresh and the wings were not gooey or overcooked. They weren't stingy with the strawberries for the lemonade and the strawberries weren't bad like how they are at some locations. The staff was nice yes the food is high but it's good

  It was about 11am, vacant of customers, 2 people working that I saw, horrible food, it was not a REAL cheesesteak and I used to go to the one on Little Road when it was open. THAT WAS THE BEST ONE! This one is not very friendly and skimpy on their meats. You get a better cheesesteak from Subway and that is saying something. It a tragedy that they closed the one on Little Rd. But I will never go to another Charleys ever. Did I mention I paid for my food in the app and it never went to the store to be made. Then when I got there they told me I had to pay for it again. $35 for that pitiful "skimpy sandwich". This location should close. There is a reason NOBODY goes there. Its horrible! Even the fries weren't hot and limp. 😡🤬😡🤬
