  Slow service we where literally the only ones in line this place is falling off hard to bad been coming here for years

  They always scan you put of food you paid for. They never want to refund your money just make the food that you had to come up and get twice. I will not come to this location again. Arbys chain has went to trash

  says it closes at 1 but cant order at 12:45. maybe I missed the memo where the doors close at 12:45.

  One star on the atmosphere cuz I did the drive-thru service is a little bit on the slow side but it was worth the wait and the staff were courteous and polite

  They never have chicken ready during the lunch hour and there's always at least a 5 - 10 minute wait. I understand they're making it fresh, but why not just have it fresh instead? This never fails, and prevents me from taking lunch on time or meeting with my Son during his school for lunch. I suppose timing is everything, but this seems to be an ongoing issue that really slows people down during the time of day when they can't afford to be slowed down.
