- LLLily3 days ago1.0This is the slowest drive thru I’ve ever been in waited over 15 min to order then sat for another 25 min for food that is insanity! it’s fast food for a reason not sure what is going on here but it should really be fixed!

I’m not sure who the manager in charge of staffing is, but one can only hope that AI soon takes their job. It’s an absolute disgrace to staff a location like this on busy dates/festivals/concerts with only two high school kids. I waited an hour in line to then be told the store was closed and couldn’t fill my order. I’m not sure why no one came outside to tell the 20 cars in line behind me that they would go home hungry. I’m sorry to have to end it like this Taco Bell, but I am extremely stubborn and you’ve lost my loyalty likely forever. My advice? Go get Mcdonalds

And the workers purposely held up the line for 30 minutes just so that they wouldn’t have to service a line that went around the restaurant. From 1:30 to 2 AM, three cars were serviced for 21 minutes at the window. Don’t advertise that you close at 2 AM if your workers are gonna purposely slow service so that they don’t have to service the line

- AFAmanda FormanApr 30, 20261.0The employees are rude, and dont ever pay attention when ordering at the drive thru....the freeze machine is ALWAYS down or broken ( 3 to 4 hours before closing)....im assuming these are all kids that work at this location....they thinks its more important to laugh and finish their conversations before returning my card and handing me my food thats in their hand!! I hope they re evaluate the people they hire or maybe watch the cameras of what and how they do things, especially how they interact with customers.
