  Stop taking orders on website 20 min before close if store gonna make family wait and cancel the order after speaking with manager tom. " good luck getting that order ". A decent human being Should be a shamed of this conduct

  I did an online order at 3 pm. Wanted my order delivered by. At 4:20pm I called to find out where my pizza & wings were. I was informed it didn't matter when it was supposed to be delivered they have to wait for the delivery person. I know she lied to me because as so as I got off the phone the delivery person was there and waiting for my pizza to get done. I finally received my pizza at 5:23pm. One & a half hours later and no apologize. Nothing. I will not order from pizza hut again. This was not the first problem.

  Complete chaos! avoid ordering by phone We spent over 20 minutes trying to place a simple phone order and still have no idea if we're even getting dinner tonight. My boyfriend called, gave his full credit card information, and was then put back on hold for 10 minutes with zero explanation. While he was still waiting, I called separately to check on the order. The rep couldn't look up the status and transferred me to the store, where I sat on hold for another 10 minutes. I called again. When someone finally answered, I asked a simple question about editing our order. He asked for our phone number, looked it up, and told us he couldn't find any order on file, but casually mentioned that sometimes the call center orders just don't show up. So now we're sitting here not knowing whether our credit card was charged or if food is even coming. Five calls. Five different people. No answers, no accountability, and no dinner. This is a basic operational failure and completely unacceptable. Do better.

  I haven't tried a Pizzza Hut Pizza in about a year. I decided to order a Pan, double cheese and double pepperoni large pizza with onions It was very good and tasty. It was cooked to well The cheese was fantastic. The pepperoni was ordered as double pepperoni! I was disappointed with the amount put on the pizza. It didn't measure up and seemed as if the pepperoni was skimpy for double amount and there was only a small amount of single pepperoni. Secondly the onions as ordered consisted of a 3 or 4 small pieces of onions on the entire pizza. Overall the pizza was well done tasty and cooked well done, as ordered. The amount of toppings didn't meet my expectations. This made my pizza experience disappointing. So, I would re-order to see if the next order could win me over. I believe sometimes people make mistakes and deserve a second chance. Conclusion, Pizza was tasty and well done. The toppings I ordered, were not as ordered on the pizza. One last thing. I ordered pan pizza. But received a hand tossed instead The crust didnt rise as a Pan pizza would've. I still rated this pizza a 4 🌟 star. Due to room for improvement next time and the benefit of a better Pizza next time.😊🤔🙃
