  Worst experience I’ve had at this location. On April 17 around 9:43 PM, I went through the drive-thru at the Port Orange location (3802 Clyde Morris Blvd). After receiving our food, we didn’t see our sauces, so I asked about them. The manager, Shay, loudly and aggressively responded, “It’s in the bag, if they want more they have to pay for it.” When I addressed her directly, she repeated it with an attitude, rolled her eyes, and smirked instead of helping. I was not refusing to pay — I simply asked a question. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, especially in front of my child. Management should be setting the example, not treating customers this way. This needs to be addressed.

  This mc Donald had been good for many years with good employees and quick service.i come here almost everyday, but after they hire some rude idiot try to make fun of customer name . I Feel sorry for the owner. Never come back.

  At 6:20pm on March/15/2026 I was extremely blessed to have been serviced by a gentleman that I believe to be a manager (big ole’ jolly fella) and a cashier at first drive thru window! Not sure who owns this particular location, but you’re extremely blessed to have these (2) Team members! (I know the importance of maintaining the best customer service index possible and what it takes to make that happen … and these 2 brought it in spades)
