  This Jimmy John’s location is awful. Today was the second time I waited over 20 minutes at the window. And I even ordered ahead! They have also, on multiple occasions, gotten the toppings on subs wrong. This time the employee was hitting his vape out back and then ran in when we pulled up. Pretty sure our order was sitting at the counter the whole time we waited.

  The food is always good but today 1130 am 4/6, they guy taking money started making sandwiches without washing hands or changing gloves. His manager told him to wash his hands and he said, "i only used this hand"...gross

  My girlfriend asked for no mustard and they absolutely loaded it with mustard. She was very sad and is having me leave this review.
