Food gets 1 star because my iced coffee was filled up nearly 3/4 instead of a Full Tank. Customer Service was quick and friendly. Atmosphere was clean and modern but I prefer the old café vibe that dunkin built its brand on instead.

I’ve been coming here for years and have always enjoyed my experiences, which is why this visit was disappointing. Unfortunately, the customer service did not feel very welcoming or professional. I was also surprised to learn that pup cups are now being charged for. I hope management takes customer feedback into consideration moving forward.

I visited the Dunkin' location on May 13 at approximately 1:35 PM. When I entered the store, there were no customers inside besides employees. I walked directly to the cash register and waited to place my order. Two female employees were present — one wiping down a counter with a blue rag and another preparing drinks. I stood there waiting long enough that I was able to text my wife and send her a selfie from inside the store in front of the donut display at approximately 1:40 PM. After the employee finished making a drink, I expected at minimum to be acknowledged with something like, “We’ll be with you in a moment.” Instead, she began speaking with the other employee, and when additional drink tickets printed, she immediately started preparing those orders without ever greeting or acknowledging me. At this point, I estimate I had been standing at the register for nearly five minutes without so much as a hello or acknowledgment from anyone working the front counter. Feeling ignored, I walked to the mobile pickup area and asked another employee if there was a manager available. She responded, “I am not her,” and pointed toward the back of the store. I then had to specifically ask her to get the manager. When the manager arrived, she asked how she could help. I explained that I had been standing at the register for several minutes waiting for service. Instead of apologizing or looking into the issue, she stated that I had been standing at the mobile pickup area the entire time. That statement was false. If the store reviews its security footage, it will clearly show that I only walked to the mobile pickup area after being ignored at the register and needing assistance locating a manager. At no point did the manager: Apologize for the poor customer service Offer to take my order Ask the employees why I had not been acknowledged I asked for the manager’s name, and she identified herself as Monica. I ultimately left the store without placing an order because of the poor service experience and the dismissive response from management. I understand busy moments happen in food service, but basic customer acknowledgment and professionalism should still be expected — especially in an otherwise empty store.
