- DDDawnOct 2, 20262.0When I received my breakfast order that I spent almost $19.00 +Tip, I was shocked to say the least. I received approx. 4 hash rounds for $1.99 which makes them around $.50 each. My Bacon egg and cheese croissant came out partially burnt and not very appealing. I do understand that this is a fast food place, but more care and attention to their products might encourage more people to return. I will not forget this experience ever.

Today I ordered a small latte and was surprised when it came to over $5. When I asked why a small was more expensive than the medium I bought yesterday, the employee told me they currently have a promotion that makes medium lattes cheaper. My issue is not that there was a promotion. My issue is that there was apparently no clear signage or communication about it, and the employee made no effort to mention it when I ordered the more expensive small. When I asked where the promotion was advertised, she said she didn’t know, “probably social media.” Once I learned about the promotion, I asked if I could simply switch my order to a medium. Instead of trying to help, I was told I would basically have to purchase another drink. At that point I just took the small and left. If you are running a promotion where a larger drink is actually cheaper than a smaller one, customers should be made aware of it at the register. A simple, “Just so you know, the medium is currently on promotion and will actually cost you less,” would have completely changed this interaction. Very disappointing customer service.
