  Always something wrong when coming here. Slow, missing or wrong items, bad service. This time flies all over the donuts that they were continuing to sell. Along with messing up the order once again. Wont be back!

  So the food is what you'd expect from Dunkin as well as the layout of the store. The problem is there is absolutely no organization which is costing the store customers and long wait times. Drive thru wait is minimum 20 minutes and it doesn't get better when you walk inside to the counter. You have one woman in there actually working both coffee bar and drive thru, and the rest all seemed like new employees. The sandwich maker was slow as a sloth nose to the order screen like he was unsure how to make a sandwich. The 2nd drive thru girl fresh from science class standing there literally twiddling her fingers on counter as she looked around helplessly until he other two gave her the product to hand out the window. I mean she could have at least helped make coffee while waiting on the food. Then you have a third woman just slow rolling it while there is a 5 person in-store line. Only having one usable hand, she was double and triple checking receipts to ensure she was mixing the coffee right. No organization whatsoever, and out of 4 employees only one actually looked like she was working.

  Ordered a meal deal, was not given the sandwich so I went back through the drive through, no apology just a smart ass attitude “we don’t have plain bagels” Uhm okay??? So you just don’t say shit when giving me my order and let the customer pay for it anyways without an offer for replacement?? Then had a smart ass tone listing the other options like I’m the idiot. Check your staffs attitude bc if they were the customer they’d be annoyed too! Unacceptable!

  Ordered a frozen coffee and glad that I came in to pick up it up to witness the cook in the back using his bare hands to handle EVERYTHING. So anyone who ordered today at 3/24/26 around 12pm your sandwiches and hash browns were built and sent out with unsanitary hands. 🤢🤮 have a nice day :)
