- CCC2 days ago2.0This place is extremely hit or miss. Sometimes, they are the nicest, friendliest, most professional workers that seem to really enjoy their job. There is a blonde lady there in particular who is very pleasant & radiates positive energy. Today, I got a younger guy at the drive-thru, who gave me my total & I paid. I ordered a 10 count chocolate munchkins & he handed me a bag of 5. I mentioned it & he said, "Oh, you were only rang up for 5." Then charged me an additional $2.65. Never got a receipt, so I don't actually know what I was charged for originally. Then he tried to hand me a drink that was obviously made incorrectly. I said, "I'm sorry, but this isn't right either." He looked irritated, said something under his breath, then corrected the drink. I said, "Thank you so much. I really appreciate it." Crickets... he didn't even acknowledge me & said nothing. It was super rude & he needs further training on professionalism.

I told the employee and he just shrugged his shoulders (doesn't give a crap). I also for hashbrowns. Worst I've ever had. Donuts were ok. The zero sugar peach drink was so sweet I couldn't drink it. If they don't clean up that water I see a lawsuit in their future. Won't go back. Only came because my grandson wanted a donut.
