I ordered a grilled chicken salad bowl and they gave me a large portion of everything I asked for! The workers were working very hard on the line as well as cooking in the back. They also were friendly and very customer service oriented. Service was fast and the restaurant itself was clean. I will definitely be back in the future. 10/10 experience for me!

- NTNatalie TejadaAug 25, 20261.0The few times I’ve visited this location around 8 p.m., which I would consider a busy time when customers are looking to grab a quick bite, I’ve consistently experienced the same issue: they are frequently out of key ingredients such as chicken, steak, rice, cheese, or guacamole. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of proactive restocking. It’s not common to see staff members preparing or replenishing ingredients. Instead, it often seems like they wait until a customer asks for an item before retrieving it from the refrigerator. Earlier today, more than eight people were patiently waiting for chicken to become available. Once the chicken was finally ready, the staff then realized they were also running low on beans and cheese items that could have easily been restocked while people were waiting for the chicken. It’s unfortunate to see this location operating so differently from how it did years ago. The lack of preparation, communication, and urgency makes the experience unnecessarily slow and frustrating. Hopefully, management can address these issues and improve the overall service and efficiency.
