  The steak and cheese needs improvement. Steak was fatty and chewy and could've had about 50% more on sandwich. Cheese selection is ok, but I would prefer mozzarella.

  Ordered in the app, app said order would be ready at 4:08,get in there have to wait 2 minutes for the chicken to finish cooking NO big guy was super nice about it, chicken comes out i see the line has the wrong thing try to tell lady too late chicken hits a juicy tomato this is a chicken cordon bleu, so HOW are we making that big of a mistake 👀besides that im frusted now cuz its pouring husband is off work waiting in the rain,so i can get his food and NOW we have to wait another 5 minutes for them to cook MORE chicken👀👀yupp thats right and in this time domique the manager walks from the back and catches an attitide with ME because she cannot properly run a restaurant🤦‍♀️.......she could of simply said "i am so sorry we messed up and cook the chicken by order" BUT nope she wanted to catch an attitude and be rude basically telling me im an idiot and didnt see what i saw her EXACT words were to call corporate they wont do anything but call her and give her my info👀👀👀😬not a good LOOK AT ALL for a manager ..... the attitude was uncalled for and not smart to do to the ONLY customer you have in the store , since you have to cook chicken by order since its soo slow👀👀😬be warned id avoid this store altogether go to the many fast food places around it with managers who deserve their titles,or hit up the arbys on ridgewood in daytona frequent that one and the manager there is THE BEST ever!!

  I just went thru drive thru . For my usual "senior diet coke, light ice". The employee Tee actually held the cup up and asked if that was enough ice (because I wanted not much ice) . I don't recall anyone EVER thinking to ask me that 👍 I liked that Tee asked if that was an ok amount on the ice. Yay Tee . Thanks .

  An employee felt it was a good time to sweep around our table, which didn't need sweeping, right as we began eating. I didn't appreciate having dust kicked up right around me as I'm trying to eat.

  I Love arbys .... and my service is usually consistent but this time it was a roller-coaster! I walked in and there was a homeless man sprawled out on 2 big table areas... there were only small tables available and there were 4 of us.. so... hmm 😒 food delicious as always but service was mediocre if I were to be nice about it the person that left the best impression was the young woman being trained. She was so kind to us! It was a big let down environment wise. 🤨
