  The drive through lady was extremely nice. Made sure that I had extra sauces. But I'm not gonna lie my first time coming here. Really disappointed that I spent $20 and my food is lukewarm. Almost cold all the way down to the fries

  To explain the lower rating overall. What happened to brand proud employees and managers. A few employees here need to be addressed. I watched one employee dressed like a bum, cleaning the dining room. Pants down far enough that if he wasn't wearing his company T-shirt, we could tell his underwear. He would pull them up to readjust them only to push them down again. Come to find out he was the drive through person. He took their entire order from the dining room. Then started the next order before heading to the computer. He started pulling the order and never put on gloves or washing. This wasn't the only sanitation issue I watched. Touching money and grabbing food, using rags to wipe countertops and filling bags. I just don't get what happened to brand standards.

  We came through the drive through this evening. The girl at the pickup window was not friendly at all. I had to ask for sauce and she acted like it was a big deal. We got to our hotel and one of the packets of horsey sauce was busted and got all over our fries. It was so bad that we couldn't eat the fries. I didn't bring them back because for one we were already at our hotel. And I didn't want to have to deal with rude employees again. But I won't return to this location before we head home.

  The drive-through team at the Arby’s on Dunlawton Avenue in Port Orange consistently delivers outstanding service. They are friendly, efficient and genuinely welcoming, even during busy periods. My orders are always accurate, the food is fresh and the entire experience is handled with professionalism and care. This is clearly a well-managed team that understands the value of excellent customer service. Their hard work deserves to be recognized! Solid specials as well, keep up the great work. Thank you!

  Well let's see we just visited the Arby's at port orange dunlawton store the cashier was very rude wasn't paying attention to when I was ordering n when my food was ready it was thrown on the counter by the manager on duty that was also very rude n unprofessional giving me dirty looks this is Monday 8/31/2026 at 1145 pm so we will not b returning to this location n it's not the first time this has happen with this cashier named Carol n idk the manager name black lady pregnant so I'm not asking for anything free I'm asking for this matter to b addressed so it doesn't happen to someone else this is very very unprofessional on their part. Thank u
