Really rude staff they forgot some of my order I went back tell them what I was missing..she said she was manager got snotty with me asked me am I sure I looked in bag I said yes than she asked me about another item I wasn't even asking about. I asked her if I could just get food I was missing she stormed off and than never came back . Than another lady came back gave me what I was missing got home to realized the new chicken nuggets I ordered were even worng... also number you call on the receipt it calls and hangs up.

CRYSTINA P is a horrible manager and should be fired. How could u be rude to customers who are PAYING FOR YOUR FOOD!!! Unacceptable! Food was horrible anyways no meat and barely any toppings. They need new Mangement and employees because they do not know how to handle their jobs!!

It's a Taco Bell location, so no frills. The food was what you would expect, no frills and basic.

IF YOU DO UBER OR DOORDASH DO NOT DELIVER FROM HERE. THIS ESTABLISHMENT SABATOGES ONLINE DELIVERY ORDERS.
A team member or manager (idk who because they purposely covered their nametag) purposely sabatoges online orders. This woman will refuse to hand you your order then go off on anybody that dares reach for their order. Almost every order I've delivered from this establishment received a call back from the customer about how something is missing, messed up, or disgusting(i.e. tacos overly wet like someone dumped a cup of water over it).
I got myself removed from orders here because the last order I got from this place, I and other fellow delivery drivers were waiting for our orders when a fellow dasher tried to reach for her order that was sitting ready for a while and this worker snapped at her telling her that she needs to wait, only SHE will hand her the order when its ready even though it was all there sitting for 10 minutes. I called her out on this in which she then followed me out to my car to take a picture of my license plate telling me how I will be banned from establishment (huge favor btw). This woman is clearly on a power trip and hyper aggressive. She sabatoges orders by purposely making delivery drivers wait excessive times. They will also mark the orders as ready for pickup when they are not done so you get account violations for unassigning.
We are trying to do our only jobs in an absolute dogwater economy/job market. Most of us just want to get our order and leave.
I have consistently had positive experiences at this location in the past, both as a Dasher and as a customer, and I always make an effort to be respectful and courteous to staff.
Unfortunately, my experience today was very disappointing. While at the drive-thru window, I overheard employees speaking negatively about my order. This type of behavior is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the establishment.
Additionally, the drive-thru speaker system is extremely muffled and difficult to understand. I was simply attempting to ensure my order was accurate the first time, in order to avoid confusion or waste.
I strongly encourage management to address both the clarity of the communication system and the level of professionalism demonstrated by staff. Customers should not be subjected to negative commentary, especially within earshot.
This experience significantly impacted my overall impression of this location. I hope it will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
