Customer service is GREAT! I am a doordasher and order from here frequently. I came in to order for my Wife and I recently and Jen was the one helping us decide what to order! She told us about coupons, different pizza options as well as a great spicy sauce I didn't know existed! She is always great, whether I'm here to pick up an order for Doordash, or for myself!

Jennifer was very helpful when the phone service I had filled my order at a different location than I was going to and had told them. The man on the phone was hard to understand and in taking my zip code, he sent me to totally different. Peter hut that I had not requested and Jennifer made it all possible for me to get it there to take home.

The food was delicious. I asked my husband to pick it up Yesterday afternoon. Oh my goodness it was so good. My husband said that the girl that was working there her name was Jen. She was the absolute sweetest girl ever. I will definitely be getting food from there when she is working. Thank you so much for having her as one of your best employees.

Both experiences here were awful. First time I ever ordered I placed an online order, and the pizza was incorrect when it arrived. We called and they sent a new one, it was ok, better, still not 100% right. About 2-3wks later we placed another order, same situation, it came wrong...they sent us another and it was still wrong but completely off. I told them I’d give them both back and I took photos for proof. They said not necessary. We didn’t eat either of them. I asked for a refund not a credit because I don’t want to eat here again since they can’t seem to get a pizza correct. They told me I’d get one. It’s been 6 days not counting weekends and we still don’t have our money back for pizza we didn’t eat. I’ve called multiple times and the manager will not call me back. The employees in the store claim they took my name/number to give him and the call center also told me they passed it on. I’m not sure what the hell is wrong w this location but I want my money back still…….$31 for pizza we didn’t eat that came to us wrong multiple times should be easily refunded.
